About Us:

M/S TOSHALI CEMENTS PVT LTD. Was one of the sick units acquired by Prasaditya Group in the year 2002. Toshali Cements Pvt Ltd Is promoted by a group of technocrats with deep experience in cement and steel manufacturing and having successful track record with presence in india and West Africa. The Indian company Toshali Cements manufacturers of GAJAPATI Brand Cement (Symbols of High Strength & longevity) in two units – one in Ampavalli, Koraput Dist., the other in Choudwar, Cuttack dist., both in Odisha State.

Unit-I: Located at Ampavalli in Koraput district of Orissa about 16 KM from Sunki in Pottangi Tahsil off NH-43, the plant has a capacity of 3,00,000 MT of cement per annum. GAJAPATI PPC (Pozzolana Portland Cement) and GAJAPATI OPC 53 grades are produced by utilising the best limestone of Ampavalli mines situated in eastern Ghats. The plant Is slated for expansion up to one million tons per annum.

Products From Unit-I, AMPAVALLI

GAJAPATI PPC platinum Grade Cement

  • Higher Strength – lends structure better resistance to an aggressive

environment such as chloride and sulphate attacks.

  • Smooth finish and high resistance to seepage
  • High resistance to cracking due to low heat of hydration
  • Minimum cement consumption

GAJAPATI PSC Grade Cement

  • Improved workability
  • Easier placeability & finishability
  • High early strength
  • Reduced air permeability in concrete
  • Consistent performance

Unit-II: Located at Indranipatna, Choudwar and about 15 KM from Cuttack. The plant has a capacity of 3, 86,000 MT per annum. The plant produces PPC GAJAPATI GOLD, PPC TOSHALI CONCRETE MAX, PSC GAJAPATI DIAMOND and PSC TOSHALI CONCRETE PLUS Brand Cements having excellent resistance to Chloride and sulphate attacks utilizing high quality raw materials. The plant also produces GGBS (Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag) as per BS6699-1992. The plant also produces a special product called “NANOFINE”. The plant proposes to expand to 1 million MT per annum.

Products From Unit-II, CHOUDWAR

PPC: Freedom from cracks, Superior bonding & Smoother Surface finish.

PSC: Excellent Resistance to Sulphate Attack & Corrosion and better workability

OPC: Higher workability, better finish & Durability

GGBS: (Ground Granulated Blast Furnaced Slag) – Suitable as cement additive for corrosion resistance in coastal areas. It is extensively used in middle east as cement additive.

Ideal Applications

  • Residential, Commercial, Industrial complexes and multi-storey buildings.
  • Flyovers, roads, bridges, culverts, runways, factory floorings.
  • Water tanks, sumps, water retaining structures.
  • Pre – stressed concrete elements.
  • Prefabricated elements – poles, pipes, grills, manhole covers, paving blocks and flooring tile.
  • Plastering, pointing, and finishing works.

About Toshali Nanofine:

Nanofine is specially produced from Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GBS), Having average particle size of about 4 microns.

Nanofine is used as supplementary cementatious material (SCM) replacing silica fumes and other fines, which are used for high performance concrete.

Due to its chemical composition, it makes concrete more alkaline and retains its alkalinity, which protects the reinforced steel in concrete and mitigates corrosion.

Due to dense structure, it restricts the ingress of chloride and sulphate ions.

Nanofine improves strength in concrete by increasing the secondary hydrated product resulting in improved strength gain to achieve as high as M-100 grade concrete. It is used to produce high grade concrete fromM-60 and above. Typical applications are for Highrise buildings, airport runways, ports, dams, critical bridges & defence applications.

Advantages of Nanofine:

  • Makes high Strength concrete with greater performances.
  • High early strength and self-compacting concrete.
  • High modulus of elasticity and abrasion resistance.
  • Low heat of hydration and thermal cracking.
  • Use for injection in CRACKS
  • Low permeability and diffusion
  • Low water to cement ratio
  • Improves durability
