Pridhvi Asset Reconstruction and Securitisation Company Limited (PARAS) was incorporated on 27th March 2007.The Company was issued Certificate of Registration by the Reserve Bank of India on 09.04.2008 to carry on the business of Securitisation and Asset Reconstruction under Section 3 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act 2002). The Company is the first ARC to be licenced by RBI in South India.
