PRASADITYA group has Acquired a 7.5 MW Bio Mass Power Plant with the factory land admeasuring 92.95 Acres situated at Virgadi Kadabangulam village, Near ST. Michael Engineering College, Kalayarkoil Tq, Sivagangai Dt, Tamilnadu – 630551. from M/s.Pridhvi Asset Reconstruction And Securitization Company Ltd., (PARAS) on 12th March’2014 in the name of Alten Power Pvt Ltd.

Initially the acquired secured debt of M/s. AKR Energy Pvt Ltd., (formerly Known as M/s.Aurobindo Agro Energy Pvt Ltd.,) was taken over by M/s. PARAS through Auction from SBI, IOB & Corporation Bank respectively under the provisions of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act,2002 (SARFAESI Act).

Solar Project

we have approached with M/s. Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited, New Delhi (IRDEA), for a Term Loan worth of 30.37 Cr and set up a new 8 MW Solar Project within the same premises of existing land 92.95 Acres out of which 28 Acres was occupied for the same. The Solar plant has commenced operation since 27.11.2021. and producing Power successfully. The Solar Power is being sold to Consumers on third party open access scheme.
