- The unit is located at Patancheru, Hyderabad. The production stated in April 1986. The growth has been outstanding.
- By 1990, the company made enough money to pay back the shareholders and to acquire Duccan Alloys Castings Pvt Ltd. The company has a great name for its quality.
- The company continuous to do well manufacturing all types of Ferrous Castings and Grinding media.
Duccan Alloys Castings Pvt Ltd

- Duccan Alloys was acquired in the year 1990.
- The company is located at the industrial area of Patancheru, Hyderabad.
- The company also manufactures steel, alloy steel and alloy iron castings.
- The company continues to supply castings of high quality to various industries like Cement Plants, Power Plants & Earth moving equipment.

- Alind was established in 1946. That time it was the sunrise industry supplying Aluminium cables for INDIA’s electrification having cable factories in Kundara (Kerala), Hirakud (Orissa) and Hyderabad.
- At one time it had 13 collaborations from foreign companies in the fields of Switchgear, Relays and Material handling. It became sick in 1987.
- BIFR passed resolution plan of Somany’s for its revival, which also failed. Subsequently another resolution plan submitted by VOLTA IMPEX PVT LTD as the strategic investor was passed by BIFR in 2014.
- Since then, the company was revived up grossing a turnover more than 100 crores in the areas of Switchgear, Relays and crushers.

- This industry manufactures various spares required for paper manufacturing industry.
- It also manufactures various spares for Cement Industry as well as conveyors.

- Volta impex have acquired Shree Papers Pvt Ltd (SPPL) & Shree Chakra Papers Pvt Ltd (SCPPL) which are located at G. RAGAMPET, PEDDAPRURAM, Andhra Pradesh and merged with effect from 1st Apr 2016.
- This is now called Volta impex (Paper Division).
- The unit has a 4.5 MW Biomass power plant and 60 TPD paper mill to manufacture Newsprint and other papers.
- Another “Board” manufacturing unit of 50 TPD is also established. All the three units are running successfully.

- The Assets of Aurobindo Agro Energy(P) Ltd were acquired by PRIDHVI ASSET RECONSTRUCTION AND SECURITISATION COMPANY LTD(PARAS).
- We have purchased these assets from paras in the year of 2014.
- At present, power plants using Biomass have become uneconomical. Accordingly, the Biomass plant is being exported to AFRICA.
- To make the unit viable, a 7.5 MW solar energy plant was established in 2021. The unit is running successfully.

- We took over this Bus manufacturing company in 2014.
- This company manufactures luxury Buses, Seaters as well as sleepers.
- These buses use “Monocoque” technology to provide top class luxury unlike buses of chassis mounted with Aluminium bodies.
- Unfortunately, there is a very little demand for luxury buses.
